How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
You can add a gift note during checkout. Your message will be added to the package without showing any prices. Gift wrapping is available for selected items like colored pencils and premium sketchbooks.
How long do I have to return an order?
You can return items within 7 days if they are unused and in original condition. Opened markers pencils or paper pads are not returnable. Contact support for quick help with returns.
Payment Information
How is the recipient reimbursed?
If a refund is approved, the amount is sent back to the customer through the same payment method used at checkout. Refund processing may take 2 to 5 business days depending on your bank or service provider.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes, we always refund through the original payment method. If you paid through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash, the refund will be processed to the same account.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at the moment. You must enter a Pakistani address for successful delivery.
How can I return an item?

Yes, all items match the product images shown on our website. Colors of pencils, markers, and sketchbooks may appear slightly different due to screen brightness, but the product is always the same.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, we restock popular items like graphite pencils, color sets, markers, and sketchbooks regularly. If a product is out of stock, you can join the waitlist to get notified when it becomes available again.
